This proposal is prepared by Divigner LLC (“Divigner”) for Adults & Crafts. It outlines a conversational AI sales experience for your Shopify storefront, what we’ll build, how it’s trained, the rollout, and the investment. The governing legal terms live in the accompanying Statement of Work, attached at the end of this proposal for signature.
Adults & Crafts thrives in person. At markets it takes a rep about two minutes to explain a kit, and once people get it, the reaction is the same every time: “this is amazing, I’ve never seen anything like this.” Those conversations convert at a high rate because a person can ask a couple of questions and walk the customer straight to the right kit. Online, that spark is hard to reproduce: a first-time visitor lands on a large, varied catalog with no one to ask.
Divigner proposes an interactive AI sales concierge that has that conversation for you, greeting visitors, learning what they want, answering the real questions (“how long does this take?”, “is it good for date night?”, “can I do it with my 12-year-old?”), and steering them to the right kit or corporate booking. It runs on the tools you already use, and nothing sends or books without you.
The two-minute market pitch that turns “what is this?” into “this is amazing”, running on your website, around the clock.
The engagement covers two objectives: Objective One, a retail sales avatar that guides direct-to-consumer shoppers to the right kit and the cart; and Objective Two, a corporate lead-capture flow that qualifies high-value team-building inquiries and routes hot leads to you. Automating support for existing customers (order tracking, subscription changes) is a planned follow-on phase, described in Scope and quoted separately.
Named points of contact for each Party. Day-to-day decisions, training-data handoff, and review sessions flow through these individuals.
In person, a two-minute conversation turns a curious browser into a buyer. The website can’t have that conversation. Not yet.
One concierge, two paths. A visitor is greeted, their intent is understood, and they’re guided down the retail or corporate track, trained on your products and the way you actually sell.
Every visitor is welcomed with “what are you looking for?” The concierge parses the answer and routes to the right path, buying a kit, a corporate event, or a live event, in seconds.
A visual AI avatar answers product questions and pitches the way your reps do, recommending the right kit, explaining how it works and how long it takes, and dropping the add-to-cart link. Conversations are boxed to keep moving toward checkout.
For team-building and event inquiries, the concierge runs the fact-find, group size, dates, destinations, ship-to, overcomes common objections, and deep-links to the exact Shopify “Calendar” booking page for that workshop.
A structured workbook of your products, use cases, attributes, and SOPs is ingested into a Retrieval-Augmented Generation database. The concierge pulls the right answer semantically and speaks it conversationally, fast.
If a shopper isn’t ready to buy, a field pops up to capture email or phone. They get the transcript, their top-5 kit recommendations, and a time-boxed discount code, turning a bounce into a follow-up.
Hot corporate leads land in your inbox with a flag so you know what to answer first. Nothing auto-books, calendar requests come to you to confirm. Conversation-ID transcripts and summaries sit in a back-office view.
A “back of house” voice experience for existing customers, order tracking, subscription pause / cancel, and lost-package lookups via Shopify’s API, keyed to order number and email, is a natural follow-on. It’s noted here for the roadmap and quoted separately once the sales concierge is live.
Fixed scope across the two objectives. Every deliverable below is included at the project fee.
The AI concierge embedded on your Shopify site, greeting visitors and routing each one to the retail or corporate path based on what they say.
Visual avatar with RAG-trained product Q&A and persuasion objectives that recommend the right kit and drop the add-to-cart link in chat.
Dynamic email/phone capture with an automated send of the transcript, top-5 kit recommendations, and a discount code to recover the visit.
Audio-trained qualification Q&A, context-aware Calendar deep-linking to the right workshop page, and hot-lead flags routed to your inbox.
Conversation-ID transcripts, downloadable on screen, summarized the way you specify into a back-office view. No call recording, transcripts only.
Divigner builds the RAG ingestion structure from your workbook and SOPs, ingests 5–6 role-plays and corporate audio, plus runbook documentation and one (1) team training session.
Out of scope for this engagement: automating existing-customer support (order tracking, subscription pause/cancel, the “back of house” voice experience via Shopify’s API), a planned follow-on phase, quoted separately. Direct Shopify or Calendar API integrations beyond link-mapping, and recorded audio/video of conversations, are also out of scope. Any expansion is captured in the accompanying Statement of Work.
The estimate, timeline, and fee assume the training inputs below arrive in good order. The concierge is only as sharp as the material it’s trained on, this is where Adults & Crafts shapes the result.
Interim milestones have a five (5) business day acceptance window; the final launch milestone has a ten (10) business day window. On or before the close of each window, Client shall provide written conditional acceptance, or identify in writing any failure of the deliverable to comply with this proposal, listing all errors and omissions with reasonable detail.
A proposed five-phase rollout. Objectives One and Two are built in sequence, then trained, tested, and launched. Timing assumes the workbook, role-plays, audio, and Calendar URLs arrive on schedule.
Kickoff, workbook structure delivered, product / FAQ / SOP and Calendar-URL mapping started, brand voice and objectives confirmed, Shopify access provisioned.
RAG ingestion of your products and SOPs, visual avatar and persuasion objectives built, add-to-cart link drops, and the lead-capture / cart-abandonment branch wired up.
Intent routing for corporate vs. retail, audio-trained qualification Q&A, Calendar deep-linking to the right workshop page, and hot-lead inbox flags. Review demo with Kevin and Marianna.
Your 5–6 role-plays and corporate audio ingested, persuasion tuned, transcripts and back-office summaries validated, edge cases and scenarios tested end to end.
Concierge embedded and live on the site, runbook delivered, team training session, and the 30-day warranty begins.
Two simple parts: a one-time build to design, train, and launch your avatar, and a flat monthly service to host, support, and keep it sharp. Everything below is included out of the box.
| # | Milestone | When | % | Amount |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 01 | Deposit & Kickoff | Upon acceptance | 50% | $3,000 |
| 02 | Launch & Acceptance | At go-live | 50% | $3,000 |
| One-Time Total | 100% | $6,000 |
The $600 / month service begins at launch, the first 30 days of social promotion are complimentary. Work begins within three (3) business days of the deposit. Optional deeper automations (see below) and the “back of house” support phase are quoted separately.
When you’re ready, we extend the avatar with agents that act, not just answer, CRM sync (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), Zapier workflows, Shopify order & tracking support, and custom agents that research, route, and retrieve on your behalf. This is also where the “back of house” customer-support experience lives. Scoped and priced separately once the concierge is live.
Everything is here. Review the proposal and the SOW, then decide: sign it and we’ll invoice and get started within 72 hours, or redline the SOW with your notes and send it back. The transcript below is your initial discovery call, for reference.
